JM offers a wide range of C-type fiberglass nonwoven mats with basis weights from 20 to 280 g/m². Thanks to their high dimensional stability, Johns Manville fiberglass mats are suitable for a wide variety of applications.
JM has been manufacturing polyester mats using spunbond technology since 1970. Thanks to its unique production process, all products offer excellent properties, including a uniform and homogeneous surface, high strength and high porosity.
By combining the main methods of bonding PES fibers – chemical, mechanical and thermal – JM produces materials with the required properties in basis weights ranging from 15 to 500 g/m² and roll widths of up to 540 cm.
